App Details

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CRCEats app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all users, students, and staff of Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering who use the application.

2. Use of Service

CRCEats is designed to facilitate food ordering from the college canteen. You agree to use the app only for its intended purposes and not for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You are responsible for ensuring your orders are accurate before submission and for picking up your food in a timely manner once notified.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account using Google Sign-In to use certain features of the app. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Orders and Payments

All food orders placed through CRCEats are subject to canteen availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any issues with payments or fulfillment should be addressed directly with the canteen staff or through the app's support channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

Project Cell and Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the CRCEats application, including but not limited to issues with food quality or order delays.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of the modified terms.
